Dr. Silver was recommended to me by my son who is a physical therapist. He has worked with quite a few of Dr. Silver’s patients and has seen very positive outcomes. Dr. Silver performed a total knee replacement for me on October 20, 2025. I am beyond pleased with my results. At six weeks post surgery I am doing squats and lunges and a myriad of other things in PT. I can get my leg completely straight and can bend it as much as my other knee. He is personable, caring, and I highly recommend him. I am so happy I chose him for my surgery!

I just had my left hip replaced, at age 51, 2 weeks ago and I could not be more impressed by Dr Silver. I was in PT one week post op and am doing exceptionally well & I even drove to my post op appointment today. I am also only taking Celebrex and Tylenol. He is very personable and I would highly recommend him and I plan to have him do my right hip in a few months. If I could give more than 5 stars ⭐️ I would!

I had my knee replaced after an injury at work. Dr Silver did the surgery a couple of months ago and finally after a Year's worth of pain and discomfort ( it was a workman's comp claim so things took a while ) things are finally starting to turn around. Dr Silver was awesome. He and his staff went above and beyond my expectations to get me approved and set for my procedure. They didn’t let the insurance provider drag their heals and delay, stayed in top of it and kept me informed. Dr Silver is excellent at what he does and he and team got me fixed and back to chasing my grand kids around the back yard in a few weeks. So glad to have quality of life back. I wish I’d have gotten my procedure months sooner hate to say it was worth the wait but grateful I did as everything has been excellent since. Thank you Dr Joshua Silver and your top notch team.

Dr. Silver did a great job on replacing both of my knees. Jan 2025 he did my right one and in 3 days I was walking in my home without my walker. 8 weeks later he did my left knee, it was very successful as well. Dr. Silver is great in my opinion, he is very laid back, not in a hurry when speaking to me while answering any question I had. His staff is just as great as he is. I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Silver.

I had been living in extreme pain for over thirteen years...I had tried about every shot or treatment out there...Then I met Dr. Silver and my life has changed !!! After two very successful complete knee replacement surgeries from 12/30/24-07/10/25...my life has changed at sixty...completely pain free and walking normal again...I cannot express how amazing it is !!! I can not express how exceptional Dr. Silver is. He did a hip surgery on my 82 y.o.father and I would recommend him highly. Most human bedside manners and excellent surgical skills. Dad had no post op discomfort and he is up and doing physical therapy. We are very grateful!

My experience with Dr. Silver has been amazing. He came highly recomended to me for very good reason. I Went in for Right hip replacement, and was told that Robotically assited Hip replacement was cutting edge and allowed for a more precise and quicker healing procedure. This is not like the days of old where one spent a long time in the hospital and then off to a rehabilitation facility. I was out of surgery in a couple of hours and home in the early evening, Walking the same day as the surgery. My pain levels were minimal. Was walking unassisted after 3 days. In physical therapy within a week. This was nothing short of a miracle. Dr. Silver took his time with me on every visit, answered every question I had, and helped to greatly alleviate any fears or concerns I had. I am looking forward to continuing my healing process and fully engaging all the physical things I enjoy like bowling, hiking, the gym and an occassional Pickleball and Golf Game. I Highly recomend him if you are looking for the right surgeon for a Hip replacement. Also the staff at Abrazzio were all extremely helpful and professional as well. If there were more than 5 stars, I would definitely give them and Dr. Silver that rating!! Thank you!!! Thank you!!!

Dr. Silver is the best. He is so understanding and caring. I couldn't have found a better surgeon to do my hip replacements for my congenital bilateral hip dysplasia. I had my right hip done at 36 years old and my left one at 38. Dr. Silver knew what needed to be done to improve my quality of life. The surgeries were done with robotic assistance, and even though it is major surgery, total hip replacements have improved so much. I went home the same day after my second surgery. I can't thank him enough.

Dr. Silver is an excellent highly competent surgeon. He replaced my left hip 10/11/21. It is back to being 100% good. I am hiking, bicycling, playing golf and plan to Nordic ski this winter. Dr Silver explained the procedure to me and did not rush me through the appointment. He is very caring about his patients. I recommended him to a friend who had his hip replaced 3 months ago. That surgery also was a complete success. If I need to have any more orthopedic surgery I would definitely have Dr. Silver do the surgery.

I will post on other sites when I've progressed through all the stages of healing after my total knee replacement, but for now (2.5 weeks post surgery), I will say that I find Dr. Silver to be the best possible doctor that I could have found. During office visits, he has been patient, empathetic, caring and willing to spend the time it takes to answer whatever questions I have. Even his body language conveys the message, 'I have time for you. You are important to me. Ask away!' I also find him to be open and willing to share his own thoughts and feelings about how the process is unfolding. When we are talking, it seems that we are just two humans talking; he shares his knowledge in a way that allows me to feel included and important...more like we are sharing the decision making process than "doctor knows best". What a find that is!
I will wait to share about the surgery itself until I am "at the other end" of this whole process, but for now, I will say that I am very grateful to have found Dr. Silver and feel very fortunate to be in his care!

Dr. Silver performed a total knee replacement on me about 6 weeks ago. 2 weeks after, I went back to work a few days a week, walking without a cane or walker. 3 weeks after I was able to go full rotation on a stationary bike. I was not expecting such an easy recovery. I have a new lease on life! I can walk now with confidence and ease. I know this is attributable to the skill and precision of Dr. Silver. He is an EXCELLENT surgeon!!

PS. One of the nurses at the hospital said he’s excellent. They don’t get repeat patients when he does their surgery. You couldn’t be in better hands than his.

Amazing Surgeon! Wouldn't use anyone else. I suffered for over a year, because I was "to young" for a replacement at 53. I had to try a repair which didn't last long due to my arthritis. Finally, I had a full hip replacement with the DaVinci insertion method. I literally walked out! (with a walker) At my follow up, I had minimal pain and a barely visible limp. Was back to walking 1-2 miles on the track at 3 weeks and just got back from hiking Mt Lemmon at 6 weeks. Thank you for getting rid of the severe pain I have endured!
